Not at all, but unless you're a blonde, you need to bleach it first. You only get to do stuff like that when you're young...once you hit 19 or so, you're too old! So have fun with your look when you're a teen - I did and am glad I did.

Better to dye it crazy colors when you're young than when you're older and it'll look foolish.

Well, I would say you're never too young to die your hair, but blue is certainly not a good color to consider, for one you'll have no friends because you're a smurf freak and two you're gonna hate it about 2 days later.

I'd say wear a blue wig for a couple days and test drive it before you deceide to permently ruin your 13-year old life.

I wanted to dye my hair blue when I was 13 and my parents didnt let me.

I'm 18 now and I'm glad I didn't do it. I know a lot of people that have dyed their hair, and it makes it feel like straw. You lose the softness of the hair. Trust me, its better you not dye it.

Dont dye your hair blue you will regret it when it comes to puting something pink or green on , dye your hair brown or blonde or get sum highlights they rock!

I'm thirteen too. I don't think it is to young. I've gotton highlights a few times and i loved it. I think having blue hair would be cool but i think instead of dying your whole head blue i would get chunky blue highlights. That would look SO MEGA CUTE!:)
