I'm making the top part of my hair blue and the bottom part brown. How do I do this the right way?

1.Buy bleach and devolper/blue hair dye and brown

2.Seperate each sections

3.Mix bleach and developer

4.Bleach top part then dye bottom part

5.Leave on for 45 minutes each

6.Rinse hait throughly

7.Seperate bleached part from bottom

8.Dye top part with blue dye(45 min)

9.Rinse

10.style as usual

Section your hair where you want the colors to be different. Using the darker color first, apply it to the section you want that color, let it process according to the directions and then rinse it out. Then take the other section and apply the lighter color, make sure you dont get it on the darker color! Thats really important. Follow the directions on the box, and then rinse it out. (If you do the lighter color first theres a chance that when you rinse the darker color out it could bleed onto the lighter color, leaving streaks or discoloring it)

thats someone else's answer to a question similar to yours, but i would also recommend waiting about a day in-between colors so that you know the first color will set and not absorb any of the other colors. and have someone else help you, like a friend, because this would be so hard to do by yourself. i cant even dye my hair one color by myself. lol

Are you dying it brown and blue? Because then you would probably just dye it blue first and then get some sort of guard for the bottom part and dye that brown.

make sure you have clips or barretts to hold the bottom sections down. make sure you dont get any bleach (if you are bleaching your top part before the blue) on the bottom section. My only suggestion is to take it slow. and put lotion on your skin, cuz that **** will stain your skin.

first you need to separate the hair you want blue and the hair you want brown. You are going to want to dye the top part first. Make sure you keep in secure with clips or if your hair is long enough with a hair binder. After it's dyed and rinsed you can secure the top part so that it won't interfer with the bottom part. Then dye the bottom part.

dryer. then with your blue coverd with a shower cap.do the brown.do not use so much that it drips.

use your hair dryer.after all is try brush it out nice.
