I think you should get the blue underneath, like lowlights. Is your hair layered? If so, they should still be noticeable and it'd look really good.

Do them as highlights on each side, but make sure to highlight them all the lenght of your hair. Also don't put them too thick all blue hair might not be the best look for long hair....

I'm getting grey streaks, I just cut the grey hairs shorter than the others and they are hard to see. Don't worry about it, these things happen as we age.

Okay real advice light blue is going to look terrible - ask Megan. Oh wait you don't know Megan. Go for a strong blue - the light blue will fade and just look cheap later.

I think you need to cut an layer your hair and keep the streaks on the sides AND I think if you are going to do sucha bold look you need to keep your hair straighted....bold colors just don't look as good on wavy hair.

I want blue streaks too! lol But my hair is lighter so I was going to end up with light blue streaks if I ever got it. You're probably better than colors than me, but I would go ahead and go with darker blue. That was would be awesome.

As for wear...I guess it depends on how you wear your hair, more down or more up half the time, or I guess in between. Hm...I'm not on experiment on all the placement with girls hair...I might do like a good sized streak on each side, or, 2 on one side. I bet anyway it'll look nice!
