You can always dye over it if you don't like it.

Maybe start off by just dying a few bits blue; just to get used to it. Dying all of it blue is VERY high maintinence.

If your hair is light enough, try a dye that will wash out quickly first. They should be cheap and it matters what brand but I do know that some come in individual packets.

Or be really cheap and use kool aid. Here's the link:

but be careful with the kool aid. It may not wash out all the way and you may be left with a dull, ugly color that you might have to color over anyway.

If you're using the kool aid do it on a strands of hair and see how it washes out.

Just don't use a long lasting dye...and be prepared for attention in mass quantites. Some of it will be good attention...some not so much.

I don't think you should because 13 is kind of a young age to get your hair dyed. And what if you were to dye your hair blue and later in the future you decided you did not like it? Also dying your hair could cause it to brake if it is not being taken proper care of.

DON'T DO IT!! I am 13 years old too and when I dyed my hair red it got extremely damaged. It was because I had hair that was too sensitive because of how I dyed my hair at a early age. My hair is now frizzy, poofy, dry, and damaged. Please learn from my mistakes and not mess up your hair.
