Would this blue hair dye turn out light blue?

I want to do streaks and I want them to be light blue, do you think it would turn out light blue?

alright. that's the stuff I use. It sucks. And if it turns out a dark blue, within the next 2 washes they will be light. But most likely they will be a light blue anyway. That's how my pink turned out. You do not have to bleach your hair. It wont turn out green if you have blonde hair and whatever they were telling you. it'll work fine. and demi permanent lasts only like a week longer than semi. it's not a big difference.

the longer you leave the hair dye on the better it trans out. So maybe about 10-15Min's later!

make sure you BLEACH your hair white cause if it is blond you will have green hair not blue
