im going to sallys to ask some one about products i should use. i have dark brown hair and i know i have to bleach the tips.also some thing about a toner so it dosent turn green??

you basically answered your own question. Get it professionally done! I did the back part of my hair myself and did everything I THOUGHT I supposed to do and now, 3 months later is is a light green and it seems it will stay that way til I go get it taken care of. hope things turn out and you like it.

Bad idea. I have dark brown hair %26amp; I DID bleach my tip and dyed them blue. I got EVERYTHING from Sallys. My nice long hair had to be cut short due to the damage it caused. I had to recolor my tips EVERYDAY. Report It

blue almost always turns green when it fades....you have to touch it up all the time

you would probably be good just asking the sally's lady about what you should get and what you should do to make it the way you want it. but you sound like you got it but just to make sure ask them .

go to a place like hot topic where they have hair colors like blue, magenta pink etc. obviously bleach the ends, and leave the bleach on for longer than usual. When i did mine purple i had to leave the bleach on for almost an hr for it to be blonde, then the purple for about the same. Good luck!
