Help! What color highlights should I get? I have blonde hair, blue eyes!?

I have no clue what to do with my hair and I might (99%) am getting it cut 2moro. I am rubbish at explaining things to hairdressers.

I've got long blonde hair and its really boring. Any pictures would be really helpfull! Highlights? Lowlights? Should I get it cut shoulder length? Any pictures

One idea was to get it cut to my shoulders with lots of layers and side bangs but I need pictures! Also highlights too!
